"Do you, or someone you love, struggle with a life-dominating, destructive behavior such as smoking, drinking, drug abuse, pornography, gambling, over-eating or others? Most people are, or have been, addicted to something...even work or watching t.v. can get out of control.
Each Monday evening our purpose is to help people find freedom in Christ from addictive behaviors! We welcome anyone looking for help or wanting to help those who are in need. We offer hope in Christ that all may develop a life that glorifies God.
If you, or someone you know, are in need of this ministry, please join us Monday evenings at 7:00 p.m. at the Nunda Youth Center; 3 Mill Street, Nunda. If you are called to help with this ministry, please contact Pastor Jerry.
Focus on The Family's "Truth Project" on the 2nd and 4th Tuesdays of each month for 13 sessions...next session is on Tuesday, March 9, 2010 at 7:00 p.m. All women are welcome!!!
Sharon Feulmer leads this study which includes a 60-minute video followed by a 30-minute discussion. The Focus on the Family Website describes the study: "This study is the starting point for looking at life from a Biblical perspective. Each lesson discusses in great detail the relevance and importance of living the Christian worldview in daily life.
We believe this curriculum can be a catalyst for exponential change within the body of Christ, as thousands of people are transformed by the renewing of their minds (Romans 12:2). As He has throughout history, God continues to call ordinary people to make an eternal difference in our world."
If you want to know more about this study, please visit www.thetruthproject.org
For other questions, please call Sharon at (585) 476-2486. All women are welcome and encouraged to join us.

Wednesday is Family Night at Hunt Baptist Church. (Please check "This Week" for any exceptions to this schedule.)
Join us at 6:00 p.m. for pizza, soda and great fellowship (don't forget to bring the kids).
We get into God's Word beginning at 6:30 p.m. with Pastor Jerry Feulmer leading the Youth Study...On March 3, Pastor will address "Don't Creationists Believe Some 'Wacky' Things??"
The Adults are enjoying the video series "That the World May Know - Fire on the Mountain."
These videos are from the Faith Lesson Series by Ray Vander Laan. Come with us as he details a fascinating story. Led by Bill Schaaf.
Join us as we worship the Lord in fellowship and the Word of God.
The Nunda Churches will again host a "Walk Through Seminar"; this time through The New Testament. This four-session seminar will meet at the Oakland Wesleyan Church at 6:30 p.m. on the following Sundays: February 21, February 28, March 7, and March 14. Cost: $17/person.
Walk-ins will be accepted at the door.
"Fight the Good Fight!" We are again planning a trip to Legislative Day at the Capitol Com plex in Albany, NY. This event is sponsored by New Yorker's Family Research Foundation and will be held on March 16, 2010.
We will depart from Hunt Baptist Church on the afternoon of March 15, check in to our hotel in Albany and have a fun dinner together at a nearby restaurant. Tuesday morning we will attend the Legislative Day Convention at the Capitol Complex and return to Hunt in the early evening.
The cost to attend the Convention is $35/per person; hotel cost is approximately $65/room. Dinner on Monday night and lunch on Tuesday is at each person's expense.
Details of the Convention can be found at the Web site:
www.nyfrf.org/content/view/234.
Last year's Convention was very informative...those that traveled with us had a great time!! Hope you will join us this year and learn what's really going on in our State Capitol and what you, as an individual, can do to help preserve our families, our rights, and our liberties. Each one of us really CAN make a difference.
Please sign up (or call Pastor Jerry) today!

~~~ Announcements ~~~
PARKING CONSIDERATIONS
There are several people in our congregation who have limited mobility, and we would therefore kindly ask that everyone who is able to, please park at a responsible distance from the entrances leaving the closer spots for those who have a more difficult time with distance, snow, ice, etc.
Additionally, it would be appreciated if parking would be at least 20 feet away from the North walkway to leave adequate space to unload and load passengers into and out of the Church van.
As always, we thank you so much for your cooperation and assistance.
NUNDA YOUTH CENTER
3 Mill Street, Nunda
The Center is open Monday through Friday from 2:30 - 6:00 p.m. (Note: The Youth Center is closed on the days that Keshequa Schools are closed.) Parents must register youth for them to access the Youth Center throughout the school year.
We are looking for volunteers for the daily schedule, especially on Thursdays and Fridays. If you are called to help our youth, however much time you can devote, please contact Greg Davis at (585) 437-2291.
If you would like to make a donation to this very worthwhile project, please make checks payable to “Nunda Youth Center” and mail them to 3 Mill Street, Nunda, NY. The Center is a private, not-for-profit organization and you will receive a tax deductible receipt for your donation. We, and the youth, thank you very much for your generosity.
TRANSPORTATION IS AVAILABLE
Please call Pastor Jerry if you or your group need a ride to any of our services or events.
HELP SUPPORT OUR AFRICAN GIRLS...Help Us to Help Judith and Shadia...
Some of the ladies of Hunt Baptist have had the wonderful experience of serving God by supporting two African girls...Judith and Shadia.
However, it is becoming more expensive because of rising costs. Certainly we do not want to have to drop our support for either one of them, so we are asking if you could drop a dona-tion (even pocket change will help) into the "AMG collection jar," located on the window sill as you enter the sanctuary, to help us continue to make a difference in their lives. Thank you for all of your past and future donations!
FOOD PANTRY UPDATE
Please contribute non-perishable food items as you are able. If you are in need, please help yourself to the food.
Also, please use the opportunity to share Christ's love with others by taking food to people you know to be in need. Perhaps you might ask them to come with you to choose what items they need.
